You also need guardians, interests, guardian collections, houses, whether they dream on Prospit or Derse and classical elements. Assuming that's a thing that ever pays off.

In addition, Skaia, the horrorterrors, the exiles, and possibly the royalty will need to be defined.

We also need to think about the game itself, will it be a downloadable .exe? an online app? will there be a separate server? will we have our own server to handle player information? Will it even be multiplayer?

More as I think of them. This is just off the top of my head.
